Delivery policy: When delivery takes place, you will be asked to sign electronically or your signature on the copy of the invoice. This signature serves as confirmation that you have received the products in full as indicated in the invoice.
If you are not at the specified address, we will deliver the order to anyone present at this address and sign it on the invoice electronically or on a copy of the invoice.
When any person at the address signs the delivery request, it is considered that the customer has received the items on the invoice. If the address specified by you has been reached and we are unable to deliver the order, please contact customer service to set another date for delivery of the order.
